Order Changes and Cancellations

• Transfer to fulfillment: Since we use an automated fulfillment system, changes to the shipping address, modifications to the order, or cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been confirmed, regardless of whether a shipping notification has been sent.

Returns and Exchanges

• Customer-related reasons: Returns, exchanges, or size exchanges due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, incorrect sizing, or other customer-related reasons cannot be accepted.

• Initial defects: If your product arrives with an initial defect, such as damage or stains, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange for a non-defective product or issue a refund.

• Cases where returns or exchanges cannot be accepted, including initial defects:

  • Product tags, labels, or accessories have been removed or lost

  • The product has been stained or exposed to odors such as foundation, perfume, or tobacco during fitting

  • The product itself is not damaged, and the issue concerns only scratches or stains on the product packaging, such as the box or bag, or on the packing materials

Extended Absence and Incorrect Addresses

• Storage period after returned delivery: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or extended absence, we will hold the product for six months from the date of its return.

• Reshipment during the storage period: If you request reshipment during this six-month period, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer and sent cash on delivery.

• After the six-month storage period: Once the storage period has expired, reshipment may no longer be possible. Refunds or cancellations may also not be available. Please make sure to receive your order within the designated period.
